Our main headquarters are in Atlanta, GA where we have been providing Engineering Services since 2000.
We have a satellite office in Colorado Springs, CO and our main focus is Forensic Engineering and the analysis of storm-related damages to buildings.

Mr. Shields’ expertise includes Civil, Structural, Traffic and Forensic Engineering; ADA Rules and Procedures; Construction Management and Administration; Expert Witness Consultation and Testimony. In addition, Mr. Shields has an extensive knowledge base and understanding of building codes, design concepts, and engineering criteria. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BSCE and MCE in Civil Engineering.
