Currently under construction in 2019. SEG provided the civil engineering documents for this century-old classic design in Norcross, GA.
Flourish Atlanta
SEG provided the engineering design and construction documents for the parking facilities and underground stormwater detention systems.
Hilton Garden Inn
Civil construction documents, permitting, and construction administration for the Hilton Garden Inn, located in downtown Atlanta.
GA Tech PKT House
Civil construction documents, permitting GA Tech’s first LEED accredited fraternity house.
Salem Panola Library Branch
Civil construction documents, permitting, and construction administration for the LEED-certified library project in Lithonia, Georgia.
Montaluce Estates & Winery
Shields Engineering provided the civil construction and design documents for the luxury estate development & winery covering 397 acres. Onsite utilities included an EPD approved community water and underground community septic drip fields.
St. Joseph Hospital
SEG provided the civil engineering for the new entrance, parking deck, and underground stormwater detention vault. Located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Stream Bank Restoration
Provided design services and construction documents for restoration using mechanically stabilized earth and soil bioengineering methods. Permitted through the US Army Corps of Engineers, the GAEPD, and the City of Atlanta. Rollins headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia.
